PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Floss Well: Floss every night until your appointment to reduce gum inflammation and bleeding.
Brush with sensitive toothpaste or use MI Paste IF your teeth are generally sensitive: Consider brushing with sensitive toothpaste for at least 7 days. Or use MI Paste (a stronger topical paste to help with sensitive teeth).
Plan your ALL WHITE post treatment meal: After your treatment you will be advised to be on an all white diet for the next 24hrs. Everything you eat/drink must be all white, off-white, or light in colour. Some examples:
Absolutely NO: tomato sauce, coffee, chocolate, soy sauce, curry, red wine, green leafy veggies
Approved foods: white wine, chicken broth, light colored biscuits, french fries, chicken burger (no lettuce)Eat a Full Meal Before Coming: The appointment will last 2 hours, and you will be advised not to eat for 30 minutes afterward, so satisfy your hunger beforehand!
Wait 3 - 7 days AFTER dental cleaning: If you have a dental cleaning planned, wait for tooth/gum sensitivity to settle before whitening
Dental cleaning within one year: If it has been over 1 year since your last dental cleaning and you still wish to proceed with your treatment please understand if your technician finds anything that will hinder your treatment your appointment will be declined and rescheduled until you've received your dental cleaning or an approval from your dentist may be required.
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
For the next 24hrs please follow:
No Eating, Drinking, Rinsing for 30 Mins After Treatment
ALL WHITE DIET
Avoid any foods and drinks that are colored.
Absolutely NO tomato sauce, coffee, chocolate, soy sauce, curry, red wine, green leafy veggies
Approved foods: white wine, chicken broth, light colored biscuits, french fries, chicken burger (no lettuce), fried chicken, hummus
Rinse & Brush After Every Meal
Avoid all Teeth Whitening and Colored Oral Hygiene Products
Apply MI Paste Provided in your Kit: Rub pea size amount to sensitive areas throughout the day for 3min then wipe off (do not eat or drink for 30min). Apply again before bed for 3min then wipe off. DO NOT USE if you have milk allergies.
Avoid Hot or Cold Foods/Drinks: After treatment, you may experience temporary light tooth sensitivity for 24hr-48hrs. Avoid hot & cold foods/drinks. Breath through your nose. Keep teeth moist and warm by closing your mouth or wear mask.
Avoid Smoking/Vaping for 24hrs
MAINTENANCE TIPS
I highly recommend you to follow these tips to maintain your hard earned result and to promote good oral health
Rinse with water after every meal, snack, and colored beverages
Touch up with whitening strips or gel once a week
Drink your coffee/tea in under 30min, rinse with water after, then chew Xylitol gum (PUR Gum) or rinse with Xylitol mouthwash: Xylitol helps stimulate saliva. Saliva is your mouths natural cleaning defense to keep your teeth clean and healthy
Use a straw to minimize contact
Always brush gentle with soft bristol!
Wait 30minute after meals then brush: Brushing too soon and too hard can damage your enamel making your teeth appear yellow and sensitive over time
MI PASTE INSTRUCTIONS
MI Paste provides essential minerals to your teeth to help prevent tooth decay, reduce white spot lesions and dental erosion, replenish minerals lost after whitening, strengthen enamel, reduce tooth sensitivity, relieve dry mouth, and support overall remineralization.
*Best applied at Night*
Brush and floss your teeth.
Dry the front and back surfaces of your teeth with a paper towel.
Apply a pea-sized amount of MI Paste to both your top and bottom teeth.
Let it sit for 3 minutes, then gently wipe off any excess.
Optional for enhanced results:
Lock in the paste with a dental tray and leave overnight.
Rinse in the morning.

ZIMBA STRIPS INSTRUCTIONS
Using Zimba Strips once a week at night helps prevent new stains and keeps your smile looking its best!
Brush and floss your teeth.
Dry the front and back surfaces of your teeth using a paper towel.
Apply the upper strip (longer one):
Carefully place it on your upper teeth, avoiding contact with your gums.
If it touches the gums, gently tug it away from them as much as possible.
Fold any excess strip behind your teeth to secure it.
Apply the lower strip (shorter one) using the same method.
Wear for 30 minutes.
Try to minimize saliva during this time.
Remove both strips. Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth if needed.
Avoid eating or drinking for the next 30 minutes.

The white marks on your teeth are called demineralization spots. These spots were likely present before whitening. You may have noticed them, or they may have been too faint to see. After whitening, they can appear very white and prominent — not because of the whitening itself, but because the spots are dehydrated. After a few hours or days, they will return to their original appearance. Using MI Paste or XPur Remin toothpaste can help reduce these spots more quickly.

Tooth sensitivity post treatment is normal and only temporary. Avoid hot/cold food and drinks. Avoid breathing through your mouth. Breaking the all white diet can affect your result. If you however break the diet, don’t worry just rinse well with water or brush as soon as you can

I don’t blame you! It’s not easy. If you really need to have your coffee, opt for iced-coffee and use a straw. Rinse with water as soon as your done. If you can, take the extra step to rinse with Xylitol mouthwash or chew Xylitol gum (Pur Gum). Adopting this habit going forward will make a big difference for long term Brighter Smile.
