BOOKING POLICY

A $50.00 Online Booking Fee is required for ALL TREATMENTS. The booking fee will be deducted at the end of your treatment.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At least a 24 hour advance notice for cancellation is kindly asked of clients to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee. To cancel your appointment, you can log into your client portal OR email info.brightersmile@gmail.com . No shows will automatically be charged $50.00

OVERDUE MAINTANENCE POLICY

After your initial treatment, a 4 - 6 month maintenance is recommended. If your maintenance appointment is past 6 months (counting from your last visit) then a reassessment for a full treatment is required. This appointment is no longer a "maintenance appointment", therefore full treatment prices will be applied.

REFERALL PROGRAM POLICY

Refer a friend and receive 10% OFF your next visit! The policy is only valid if the client mentions your name under referral in their intake form or at the time of their appointment. This referral program does not apply to Bring A Friend group booking.

SENSITIVITY POLICY

At Brighter Smile, the rate of sensitivity is minimal to none. With our standard treatment, 95% of our client experience minimal to no sensitivity. If you do feel sensitive, not to worry our treatments are fully customizable and we would recommend to split your treatment time in half (30min one day, 30min another day).

REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or refunds on purchased products, services or packages, used or unused. All products and services purchased online/in-store are FINAL SALE. If the product you purchased is damaged, it may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. You may also exchange products within 14 days of purchase if unused and unopened in the original packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Every client’s experience is different. It is possible you may feel slight sensitivity during and/or after treatment. However, it is important to understand that tooth sensitivity is only temporary and should last no longer than 1 - 2 days. Detailed instructions to help minimize and manage sensitivity (if any) will be thoroughly explained by your technician, as well a post-care kit will be provided. 

  • Every client will vary. Determining which treatment you will need is usually measured based on what your initial shade is, if you are a frequent coffee drinker or smoker, or based on the dental history you have provided, etc. At Brighter Smile, a thorough assessment is always performed before starting any treatment. From there, your technician will recommend the best treatment for you. If you are a new client booking online, you can select any treatment of your choice and when you come in for your appointment your technician will approve if that treatment is most suitable for you.

  • Unfortunately, teeth whitening is not suitable for pregnant or nursing mothers, teens under 18 years of age, and individuals who suffer from epilepsy. If you have any other medical conditions that were not listed and still desire teeth whitening, please speak with your doctor and prepare a doctor's note for your appointment.

  • After your treatment, a continuous 4 - 6 month maintenance is recommended to keep your Brighter Smile looking the best.

  • Yes! Brighter Smile treatments are effective on most stains caused by smoking. Check out our Instagram page for B&A photos on smoking stains. Come in for a consultation so I can better assist you with the best way to treat your smoking stains.

  • Brighter Smile treatments can be effective on stains caused by tetracycline antibiotics. Your results will look brighter, however, your teeth will still have a grey hue to them. Come in for a consultation so I can better assist you with the best way to treat your tetracycline stains.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance.

  • To achieve the promised result from the Brightest White Treatment, there is a strict policy of performing the second treatment 3- 5 days after your initial appointment. For any reason, if you need to cancel, I completely understand, however, Brighter Smile is not responsible for the end result because the longer you wait for your second session the more stains will accumulate on your teeth, making it harder to get to your desired shade.
